Information for VBS Week

We’re excited about VBS 2024 at St Thomas More! The following information should answer most of your questions about the schedule for VBS Week.
- Morning Check-in – Check-in will begin at 8:30 AM. Please be sure to check-in with the leaders at the table to sign your child.
- Afternoon pickup – We end the program by noon, and your kids will be available for pickup at that time. You will be given a claim ticket for your child when the session ends at noon. Please make sure to bring this claim ticket with you when you pickup your child, as this is how we know that we are releasing campers to the appropriate adult.

You will be directed to a payment website for ParishSoft Giving, who provides online payment services for our diocese.
Pay at the REP office
Cash payments:
Please bring payments to the REP office during normal business hours. Please make sure to give your payment directly to an REP staff member. Do not leave payments in our mailbox or on our desk.
Check payments:
Please make checks payable to Saint Thomas More. Please turn in a copy of this completed form plus payment to the St. Thomas More REP Office by July 1st.
