Welcome to our on-line registration process for our students in Kindergarten through 8th grade only in the 2024/2025 year. If you are trying to register any high school teens in the Confirmation process, please go to the Confirmation website.

Registration for the 2024-2025 year begins now. The earlier you register your students, the better chance you have of getting the class placement that you request.

We TRY to assign your student to the day & time requested (please provide us with at least two choices). We heavily depend upon volunteers to teach our classes. Therefore, placement is dependent upon the openings available when the registration is received and the schedules of our volunteer catechists.

The REP staff and volunteers are preparing for another year full of fun & exciting experiences! We are so excited to see all of our students back!

Baptismal Certificates

A copy of a baptismal certificate is REQUIRED to be on file for EACH child that you are registering in the Religious Education Program. Once we have a Baptismal certificate on-file, you do not have to submit again for that child. When you submit your registration form online, you will have the opportunity to upload a copy of the Baptismal certificates for any new students you are registering. You may also drop off a copy of the Baptismal certificate at the REP Office.

Class Schedules

Kindergarten: classes meet for an hour once a week, and are currently planned for Tuesday at 3:30 PM or 5:30 PM; Wednesday at 2:00 PM, 3:30 PM or 5:30 PM. The final Kindergarten class schedule will depend upon the number of students signed up for each class and volunteer availability.

Grades 3 through 5 (Non-First Communion Prep): classes meet for an hour once a week. Depending upon volunteer availability, classes are planned for Wednesday at 2:00 PM or Tuesday or Wednesday either in the after school hours (3:30 PM-4:30 PM) or evening hours (5:30 PM-6:30 PM).

First Communion Preparation (Grades 1-5): classes meet for an hour once a week. Depending upon volunteer availability, classes are planned for Wednesday at 2:00 PM or Tuesday or Wednesday either in the after school hours (3:30 PM-4:30 PM) or evening hours (5:30 PM-6:30 PM).

First Communion Preparation (Grades 6-8): classes meet for an hour and a half twice a month. Classes are planned for Tuesdays during the evening sessions ONLY (7:00 PM-8:30 PM) on a set schedule to be announced.

Grades 6-8 (EDGE) (Non-First Communion Prep): will meet for an hour and a half on Tuesdays twice a month during the evening sessions ONLY (7:00 PM-8:30 PM). A specific schedule will be announced.

Registration Fees

For the 2024/2025 REP year, our registration fees are as follows:

1 Student ———-	$105
2 Students ———	$160
3 or more Students –	$190

NOTE: Catholic school students registering for First Communion preparation will be asked to pay a $50 registration fee.

Online Payment

After submitting your registration forms, you will be directed to a confirmation page with payment options. Click the button for online payment and you will be taken to a ParishSoft Giving payment page to make an online payment.

Pay at the REP office

After submitting your registration, you can bring cash or check payments to the REP office during normal business hours. Please make sure to give your payment directly to an REP staff member. Do not leave payments in our mailbox or on our desk. Please make checks payable to Saint Thomas More.

There will be no compensation for use of any photographs at the time of publication or in the future.

I, hereby, waive any rights to compensation or any right that I otherwise might have to limit or to control such making or use.
